Extends from conventional H2 through low-carbon (blue) to fully green H2 plants, supporting capacities ranging from 50Nm3/h to 50,000 Nm3/h and beyond. We also deliver purities all the way up to 99.9999 vol%.
Electrolyser Hydrogen Generator
Our world is driving the technology and infrastructure innovations needed to accelerate the transition to greener forms of hydrogen. Demand for clean hydrogen has risen significantly in recent years. Methanol Steam Reforming
Mixture of methanol and demineralized water convert into a hydrogen-rich synthesis gas at moderate reforming temperatures. After shift conversion, an integrated multibed PSA removes CO, CO2 , CH4 and N2 to deliver a continuous stream of ultra-pure hydrogen. The system is fully automatic, designed for unattended operation and quick start-up, and can be tuned to your required flow, purity and pressure.

Steam Methane Reforming (SMR)
Feedstocks such as natural gas, LPG or naphtha are combined with steam to produce synthesis gas with the aid of a heterogeneous catalyst. After shift conversion and purification, the plant delivers high-purity hydrogen at process-ready pressure. We combines top-fired reformer design with multibed PSA purification to achieve excellent product quality and efficiency.

PSA purification
The process is based on multibed pressure swing adsorption technology. Feed gas streams(hydrogen rich gas, synthesis gas) containing hydrogen are purified by selectively adsorbing impurities such as CO, CO2 , CH4 and N2 . The result is a continuous flow of high-purity hydrogen, with recovery rates of up to 90%, produced fully automatically and without the need for operator attendance.

Hydrogen Liquefier
Our hydrogen liquefaction processes use liquid nitrogen pre-cooling, helium or hydrogen refrigeration cycles and rotating equipment, all designed and selected to offer our customers the optimum balance between CAPEX and OPEX.
Customization options include choice of capacity, choice of refrigeration cycle, choice of compression, optional front-end purification, optional nitrogen re-liquefaction, storage and trailer loading options.
