Suitable for continuous, large-volume on-site gaseous nitrogen and/or oxygen (argon optional)use, such as: steelmaking (oxygen for blast furnaces), chemical synthesis (nitrogen for inert protection),power generation (nitrogen for boiler maintenance). Unique property of molecular sieve material made from Carbon or Zeolite allows the separation of gas mixtures, such as air, at normal atmospheric temperatures. This separation occurs as the sieve material selectively adsorbs one of the gases within its porous structure faster than the other, creating an increasingly higher concentration of the non-absorbed gas.
For the supply of Nitrogen, we utilize the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process.
Our Oxygen system incorporate the Pressure Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VPSA) process, using a performance proven Zeolite specifically designed for air separation.

We use proprietary cryogenic separation technology to produce high-purity gaseous nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen can also be produced, stored, and vaporized as needed for your application’s peak shaving or backup requirements. They are supplied as a set of pre-engineered modules that are simple and economical to install, operate and maintain. We utilize a novel design approach to allow for further optimization of the plant to accurately suit your needs.
Our proprietary technology, pre-fabricated modules, and understanding of your needs combine to give you safe, reliable and cost-effective high-purity nitrogen supply.

Liquid Plant

Our liquid plant can produce a combined output of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and, as an option, liquid argon by cryogenic distillation of atmospheric air. In addition, gaseous nitrogen and/or oxygen is also available for liquefying, pipeline or other on-site applications.
Built to the high standards of reliability and efficiency, we utilize a modular design concept for rapid on-site installation, ease of shipping and handling.
